Is that a parking meter? I have to ask because we don't have parking meters here (doesn't mean that it's free though).
Yes, it is and there different kinds of.... red one = most expensive, yellow on = normal and green one = cheapest.
for example a yellow one -for one hour you have to pay 1 euro, for a red zone parking meter one hour costs 1.50 euros.
